Cooperative Engineering 2+2 Transfer Agreement

Engineering Degree Pathway

Take a look around you and you鈥檒l see the work of engineers everywhere. Bridges, airplanes, computer networks and solar power are all the innovations of engineers. They design and build structures, machines, systems and processes to solve today鈥檚 most complex problems.

Engineering is an important and growing field. When you choose the Cooperative Engineering program at the 欧美视频, you鈥檒l receive the foundational knowledge and coursework you need to successfully transfer to an Engineering program at a partnering university.

Engineering vs engineering technology

What鈥檚 the difference between engineering and engineering technology? Both paths lead to a career in engineering, but the coursework and focus are different. Engineering programs require more advanced math and science to develop theory, whereas engineering technology uses lab work to apply theory to practice.

Our Engineering Technology degrees take a hands-on approach to engineering, using tools and technology to bring plans to life. If you鈥檙e looking for a more theoretical, analytical and design-driven engineering degree or you plan to pursue graduate studies in engineering, our Cooperative Engineering program will set you up for success.
