I. Purpose

The purpose of the degree revocation policy is to describe the conditions under which a degree granted by the 欧美视频 may be revoked.

II. Policy

It is the policy of UCM that a degree may be revoked when it is demonstrated by clear and convincing evidence that:

  1. A degree had been erroneously conferred when all requirements had not been satisfied at the time the degree was granted.

  2. A degree had been erroneously conferred as a result of an act of academic dishonesty.

III. Procedure

The president of the university is charged with developing procedures to implement this 鈥淒egree Revocation Policy.鈥� The president of the university, the provost and the faculty will develop such procedures including the appropriate levels of procedural due process extended to the degree recipient.
