Permissions

Deans and chairs can view evaluations for instructors within their colleges, schools, and departments. If you are having trouble accessing data for a specific instructor, please contact UAIR at uair@ucmo.edu or (660) 543-4646.

Accessing within Watermark - Fall 2024 and After

1. Log in to Watermark using the link emailed to you or by using your network ID and password through Single Sign On (SSO) at (https://login.watermarkinsights.com/connect/universityofcentralmissouri).
2. Choose from the list of course evaluations available for each term.
3. Select any of the options available to you at the top (Hierarchy Level, Course Section, By Instructor, etc.) to view the results.
4. Use the "View" column on any row of your results to determine the type of report you would like to see or download.

Accessing within Academic Analytics - Prior to Fall 2024

Browsing to and saving your instructors’ evaluations has been streamlined with the implementation Watermark.

1. Go to (https://academic-analytics.ucmo.edu). Login using your Google account.
2. Select the semester you want to view using the Change Semester menu.
3. Scroll to the Instructors section. Click the + icon to expand the menu for an instructor. Then click View Dashboard.
4. Scroll down to the Course Evaluations section and select the section you want to view.

Accessing archived PDFs

PDF copies of all course evaluation reports are saved to the Academic Programs and Services network directory. There they are grouped by instructor name and by semester. For example:

You can request copies for one of your instructors by contacting Traci Butler.
