While stressing the value of a strong Midwest work ethic and learning how to turn adversity in opportunities, Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ alumnus David Hoffmann, ’74, encouraged the spring 2023 graduating class to be prepared for the challenges that come at a time of technological advancement unlike anything the world has ever experienced.

Spring 2023 Commencement Includes Four Ceremonies, Five Individual Awards

The presentation of five individual awards honoring the achievements of exceptional faculty members, students and alumni and the conferring of degrees on hundreds of graduate and undergraduate students will highlight 2023 Spring Commencement exercises at the Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ. While all students who have completed their degree requirements are not expected to participate, more than 2,000 new graduates are eligible to walk in one of four ceremonies planned the weekend of May 5-6 in the Multipurpose Building.

UCM Celebrates 2022 Spring Commencement May 6-7

More than 1,860 Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ graduate and undergraduate students who will meet their degree requirements this spring or during the summer are eligible to walk in Spring 2022 Commencement exercises planned for Friday and Saturday, May 6-7 in the Multipurpose Building Arena. Five ceremonies will be conducted throughout the weekend.

2016 Spring Commencement Includes Five Separate Ceremonies

To accommodate an increasing number of new graduates and to provide a quality celebration experience, the Å·ÃÀÊÓƵ will utilize the same commencement format for spring 2016 that was initiated for the first time in spring 2015. It will feature two ceremonies on Friday, May 6, followed by three ceremonies Saturday, May 7 in the Multipurpose Building.
